No it will not show up, you are safe as long as you are not using illegal drugs or prescription pain killers and in that case if you have the bottle with your name on it you would still be safe.

Yes, rarely taking an NSAID like ibuprofen can lead to a FALSE positive on urine screen but same sample will correctly show negative with Mass spec lab confirm test. Certain PPI drugs like Nexium and prilosec can cause false positives Again this is rare and quickly disproven by stricter lab test do doesn't matter if no THC actually in system Not familiar with any cholesterol meds affecting false positives except maybe Niacin use may trigger an auto lab test due to flushing attempts

No it won't show. It's a good idea to tell the person administering the test, though. If you're not taking illegal drugs you'll be okay. Of course, a poppy seed bagel could give a false positive so I'd stay away from those.

It may or may not show up. Inform whoever is testing you of all medications that you have been taking over the last 2 months. This would ensure that if anything shows up in the drug test it will be explained before they question you about it.

Ibuprofen can result in a positive test for marijuana on the EMIT ASSAY. You should advise ahead of time that you use ibuprofen in case a false THC positive crops up.

when you go to take the test tell them you have taken it in the last few days and write it down under medications taken but ibuprofen is a nonsteriodal anti-inflammatory drug i dont beleive it would show up in urine unless you are taking large dosages.

When you take a drug test, they will ask you if you are on any medication. TELL THEM! No Problem!
I gave a drug test and I read the instructions!

Definatly tell them you've been taking ibuprofen recently. It's pretty rare, but it has been known to cause a false possitive for marijuana in some cases, so it's not something you want to risk by not mentioning it.

I don't think that ibuprofen includes anything that a usueall drug screen looks for.

it depends what drugs they are specifically looking for... if they are looking for marijana and you were taking ibuprofen it wouldn't show as being positive because they wouldn't test for this.. they would have to do a wide spectrum of drugs... they would be looking for recreational drugs not something like tylenol or advil
