I have a rough idea for a story but I don't want to make it too... "inappropriate" or controversial. So, I'm asking you guys. Do you think it's appropriate for teens? Why or why not?

I think there already is such a story for young adults out there. I'd do some research before you write it.
As far as whether or not it's "appropriate", I'd say it depends on whether or not the two were raised together. If their parents got married when they were both already teens, I'd say it could be okay.

It's wrong only if they have common blood. But nowdays there are all kinds stepsiblings who have no relation whatsoever. In that case it's ok.
Oh and another thing, they shouldn't have grown up together as siblings. That would just be creepy.

imangine them having to tell there kids in the future this is you're grandma and grandpa and umm oh yeah they are married

yes its innapropriate to do, but i dont think its to innapropriate to write about. theres a goose bumps book that has cousin to cousin relationships in it.

I don't think anything is "wrong". So it's whether it's to your taste or not. I have no problem with it.
