It depends on the facility. Unfortunately, I've heard some horror stories, so I guess it's a possibility.

The authorities try to protect juvenile prisoners, but they don't always succeed. So, it is possible to get raped in kiddie jail. Just consider what my wife who is a corrections officer tells the adults she handles. When one of them complains about something she tells them, "You're in jail! You should have thought about that before you did whatever you did to get in here!"

As you can see, I have no sympathy for prisoner who have problems in jail. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime. If you see your friends doing stupid stuff, get new friends. They won't do your time for you.

When you enter any jail as an inmate all kinda things can happen, the best way to avoid all those things is to stay out of trouble & jail
