Ok I have an embarrasening situation to discuss. Recenlty I have had several teenage girls flirting with me that I teach when I subsitute teach.

I really am actually enjoying this, because I am 5'4" and usually girls don't pay attention to me, but they are just teenage kids.

One girl has been very persistant and she is just a 14 year old girl. She tells me how cute I am and that she really likes me. She hid behind my desk and started throwing erasers at me and laughing and smiling at me, then she kicked my chair and nocked me off. Next she proceeds to want to poke me with a ruler. She came up to me today and asked who I subbing for today and followed me all around school all day.

This other girl when I was supervising lunch blurted out, "oh look their is our sub who has a really cute butt." I feel extemely embarrased. Several other teachers overheard this girl say this to me and I felt like pissing my pants.

One high school senior girl asked me to visit her at work

I'm a 15 year old girl and i would never do the to a teach that 14 year old sounds more like 11 year old just tell the girls who are bugging that you don't like younger girls and that you would never do something tell them to stop with the flirting and to move on to guy that's their age

let the principal know before you do anything. i say do this because if you confront her, she will twist it around and you can lose your job or even go to jail. Simply let her know that her behavior is complete unacceptable and you will not have it. If it continue, call her parents and give her detention! I'm in high school so i know how these thing work out. Good luck!

I think what you need to do is take control. Tell these girls that you are their teacher, and it is unacceptable for them to be behaving this way. If they continue, there's nothing wrong with mentioning it to the principal (someone they may be more inclined to listen to). Basically, they need to respect you, and they won't do that unless you are assertive.

umm unless you want to appear on the front page of your newspaper for having a relationship with a minor I suggest you ignore this. And, well get a wife, and look older. sorry, but that's plain scary.
