Well, if the black spot is permanent marker, use rubbing alcohol, if it's paint, use thinner. What is the black spot on your legs? I doubt the black spot or your legs have a solution to solve it.

This answer is to say, learn to spell, use grammar, and ask your question so people can understand it. i.e. clarify what the spot is, and "Is it got any solution to solve it??" doesn't help. What is "it"?

if it is a mole get it checked by a doctor. It may need to be removed.
