Im over 35 and its hard for me to tell someone that I like them. The time will come for you to do so just relax and let it happen. Let him come to you. When people like each other it is not hard for them to notcie or feel the chemistry

How well do u know him & make sure he doesn't have a realtionship with someone first & strike up conversation first to see whats on his mind. Cpmpliment him & see his reaction

tell him with an inside joke or something.
like if theres a name u call him or something u say to him all the time tht lets him know its him and ur like "i like this guy _______" and then watever then its not so bad.. i always say to this one guy tht he has 'big man muscles' so wen i told him i liked him i was just like 'i like this guy with big man muscles..' and he got the point... and the response was good! good luck!! =] â¥
