Im 16 and 5'10 i want to get taller and ive hit one growth spurt but i dont know if ill hit another one?

Not any more. There is a formula that is used when a person is 2 1/2 and is about 95% accurate.

I've heard of such procedures used in pediatrics, as far as a teenager I'm not sure I know they have growth charts at the pediatrician so make an appt and see what they say.

It's possible, but your doctor won't do it. You're already tall, so there's no major health issue, and your doctor will not, if he's ethical, expose you to ionizing radiation simply to fulfill your curiosity.

Unless if your parents are giants, 5'10" is probably going to be about it.
