Hair shampoos that promote faster growth and plenty of jello which makes it come in faster and thicker. Many people take prenatal or similar type of vitamins which does make hair rich and thick.Other factors that affect hair include: physical illnesses, diet, skin conditions, hormones, shampoos and conditioners, hair dyes, perms, the water you use to wash you hair, as well as other factors that impact on our daily lives. I think guys with luscious hair are so handsome. Good for you to care about your locks.

Increase your Protein intake. Try adding Tuna, Salmon, and a natural nut butter like Almond or Soy to your diet. They give you good protein and natural oils/fats(omega 3's). Both will help your hair, skin, and nails be healthier and grow faster and they help you naturally gain lean muscle mass. Also, try a good protein shake, I use Designer Whey French Vanilla because it doesn't have any artificial sweeteners and is easy to flavor anyway you want it. I get it at www.vitaminshoppe.com. TRY blending 8-12oz. Chocolate Soy Milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 2T Soy Nut Butter, 1 ripe banana, and 4-5 ice cubes. It is also good without the banana, if you don't like them.

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aMLx3 Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.

Sorry, there's no proven way to enhance hair growth. Many people believe that biotin supplements can help speed the process, but there's no evidence to support it. I say it can't hurt anything, so you might as well try it. Be gentle with your hair in the meantime, condition well to prevent breakage, and be patient!

Biotin, for sure. It's a B vitamin, get it at Walmart, drugstores, etc. It does work, and it's probably the only thing that does.
