yes it does help because i went to a program leared about alot for lossing weight&i tryed it cuase i need to lose a few pounds lol, well it helps if u drink only water with ya meals& u need at least 64oz a day. like every 2-4 hours untill u reach 64oz so hen u feel hungery your body coud be telling u your thirsty ya mind plays tricks with u,so drink water cuase also we carry water weight that makes us blowded,so if u drink water u lose water weight i dont no how. u just do.but of course u have to stick to a diet as well u will see results slowly but surely i no,so good luck.

It cleans and hydrates your body. Your body is full of nasty toxins that we eat, drink and breathe in everyday and in order to get rid of them you need to drink plenty of water and exercise regularly.
8 glasses is sometimes not even enough if yoou have a faster lymphatic system meaning you urinate alot or sweat alot then you actually need more depending on your height and weight.

all i know that water has no calories or sugar that help fat and that bad stuff so i guess it's true but i think it means for u to not get dehydration
