This guy at school is obsessed with my boobs. They're big, but look good for my figure (not akward-looking) and they're not noticibly big either. One time he came up to my desk and put this phtoshopped picture of some anime girl with enourmous breats (like 3 times the size of her head!) and said it was me. He always tells me I should work for Hooters and he even gave me a shirt that says "everything's bigger in texas" on the chest area. He will come up behind me and grab my boobs and say it was an accident. That's all he ever talks about and it's annoying and creepy. Is this considered harassment? help!

He is harassing you. You need to put a stop to it now. If not you are making a mistake and letting yourself be taken advantage of.

DUH! What else cud it be!? Whoever this guy is, he's definitely a sicko! You should get help. Immediately!
(I'd recommend your parents, teachers or even the police)
P.S. I also hate it the part when he gave you that pic. I'm an anime fan. And as such I see the way he used anime as a way of humiliating you as despicable!
