For you active Navy people out there...?

How do you apply for a TA waiver? I have exceeded my 16 semester hours allowed for this fiscal year. The Navy College Office gave me some guidance, but I am still confused. Anyone out there know?

Navy college is the one who should be able to get you the waiver. I could be wrong but I believe that's how it goes. Also PSD may be the place to look. If all else fails you could tap into the GI Bill.
