I was going to ask this girl out after school, and she didn't show up, after telling me she would. Her friends had been pestering me when i would ask her. What do i say to her on monday?

Wait to if she comes to you and says anything, if she doesn't then ask her, maybe she doesn't like u like that

"I missed you Friday. I was planning to ask you out."

That should bring the drama to a quick and hopefully favorable conclusion.
