You don't have to fly to Miami to get worked on by someone from Miami Ink. Most of them are coming to a tattoo convention near you sometimes this year. And your odds of getting inked are better at a convention. Kat Von D will be at the convention I'm attending in Arkansas in a couple of weeks.....google tattoo conventions and start looking.

Absolutely. Those guys are awesome - I'd love to get a tat done by any of them.
Great suggestion about the convention "rider". Only thing is, I doubt they're coming to MY town for a convention (unless they have a UK tour planned). Oh well...... next time I'm in Florida maybe......

no. it may be news to you that the tattooers on miami ink are NOT the best of the best in tattooing in america. i'm not saying that they are not talented but they are NOT so talented that i would consider flying there to get worked on by them. i think that my artist is just as talented as they are. if i were going to fly anywhere i would fly to see

if you look at the tattoos that those artists have done you'll see that there is such talent out there. miami ink is popular because of the t.v. show but there are far more talented artists out there that i would be willing to travel to.

It would be cool, but I bet that you'd have to wait forever and then they would probably overcharge you because they can.
