The best thing to do to loose weight fast in a HEALTHY way... go on a "Daniel Diet." you only eat things that grow. Fruits. Veggies. Nuts. Nothing else. Drink LOTS of water, and if you are drinking anything else at all... 100% fruit juice. Also, grapefruit has a natural appetite suppresent, so if you feel like you cant get full off veggies (which you will) have a grapefruit before you eat. You need to make sure to eat dark green veggies so you're not missing out on protein. Spinach for example is 54%protein and the rest is water. Its not so hot cooked, but eat baby spinach salad, its good... but you cant eat dressing. The best way to have a salad that seems like it has dressing... lime juice and salt. This diet works really incredibly well, but you cant cheat... things will start to taste really good too... we are so used to sugar that we dont notice how sweet fruit really is, until you take the sugar out of your diet. It also will make you FEEL healthy (after your body detoxes to get rid of the caffeine and junk thats normally in it... you'll feel tired and have a headache for the first few days) after you do this diet for two weeks or more, you will want to continue because of how great you feel. If you decide to continue its a good idea to add in fish or lean poultry... Good luck. Oh and by the way... love your body regardless. Ask yourself who you are wearing the two piece for, if it is anyone besides yourself, its not worth it, stop stressing. You are beautiful. God made you beautiful. I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
