For example, if I caught a cold, and while I was sick I drank from a water bottle and naturally got my sick germs on it. Then, when I got better, I drink from the same water bottle, would I get sick with the same thing again?

That's one of the reasons they tell you to throw out your toothbrush after you've been sick and get another one, so you don't reinfect yourself.

No. It is one of the reasons why it is impossible to create a vacine for the common cold. When you "catch" a cold your body's immune system fights it off and "remembers" what it was as to protect you from gettting it again. There is many types of cold viruses and I am sure the mutate to become different types of cold viruses. For a proper explanation ask your doctor next time you go in for an exam.

Yes, you can re-catch your own cold. That's why it's very important to wash objects in HOT water and lots of soap (preferably anti-bacterial).

yes if you are not cleaning with a disinfectant after you are better make sure you are washing your hands a lot

yes you could it is a virus that causes this, so you could be, reinfecting yourself.
