Not to my knowlege, they would be very hard to maintain and add alot of weight... also, the only way to use an eject seat is to blow the top off the plane but that would be extra weight as well as a tough thing to design with a door and a "removable" lid.

No and most ex-military aircraft used in civil aviation have to get their seats deactivated. Presumably they are adjudged to be too hazardous in a civil environment.
