The scar on my back is growing, please help, whats happening?

Okay, so one day I noticed two small scars on my back...from where they came, I have no clue.

But now my scars are actually GROWING!!! whats up with that?!? is there like a tumor or something? please help me!

No, it is most likely a keeloid. My husband gets them and they itch and will continue to grow unless you put scar medicine on them or get them injected with cortozone.
