Yes it does. I've been taking them for years. When I first started my hair was pretty thin & didn't grow very much. I'd say within 3 months it grew about 2 inches & tripled in thickness! Now I have a head full of hair. My nails are not near as thin & "limber" as they used to be either. To be honest I have'nt noticed a difference in my skin. You should see a difference in 3-4 months. I love GNC hair, skin, and nails vitamins!!! They take about 6 weeks to get into your system and your skin becomes more moisturized, hair is softer, and nails better looking. Try them, they're really good for you!

I do know that vitamin E is the best for hair, skin and nails. Also use some vitamin B12. These are the best and u can get them at any drug store for less!

Your nails will get stronger becuse of the calcium, you might see a difference in the skin because of the Vit. 3, hair ?

My hubbie swears by them. He said he thought it took about 3 months though before he noticed a difference in anything.
And that was that his skin didn't seem so dry in the winter. He gets really dry itchy skin in the cold months.
