I eat lots of fruits and veggies, I just wanna make sure Fiber One cereal won't make me fat!

Fiber One is not horrible to eat at all. Doctors recommend that every person eat at least 25g of fiber per day. If you are eating the plain Fiber One, then you would be getting almost 50% of the required daily amount. Although it is best to get as much fiber as possible from food (i.e. prunes), sometimes supplementing that is necessary.

Fiber works to help bulk up stool as well as tricking your stomach into believing that you're full. I would not suggest overdoing it with fiber, but it can be a great supplement to a well-balanced meal plan (notice how I use that instead of diet - diet seems temporary).

fiber one is s***t , the best fiber is from fruits and vegs, listen to the doctor sweetie.
