what kinds of foods should i be eating if i want to lose 20 pounds by june? and is it possible to lose 20 pounds by june or may if i start now? and what should motivate me to not give up?

I think if you excercise daily and eat healthy foods like lean meats, fruits, vegetables, drink lots of water, and keep eat whole wheat carbs and stuff then you may be able to lose 20 pounds by June. Don't crash diet! You may lose weight short term, but you'll gain it all back really quickly if you choose to crash diet. good luck!

Try foods high in fiber which will fill you up on the fewest calories. You can lose 1-2 pounds a week, but you need to start with a plan. Start a food log & exercise log. You'll need to burn 500-1000 calories per day (BMR + exercise) more than you eat per day. The link below has some good tools & even a free newsletter. 20 pounds by june sure. eat more citrius fruits less veggies, not no veggies. no beef , pork and chicken, just fish, no shellfish, less breads not no breads, more eggs; poach is the best way to cook them. no juice or pop and more water. As for motivation watch stuff like wwe, sounds corny but it works.

You must eat food that doesn't contain fat like seafood and vegetables and food that doesn't contain sugar..

Yes, if you always eat non-fatty food every day and exercise daily.

You must avoid eating fat foods..
