What & Where is best place for traveler to enjoy mid-day meal.
Question source likes outside tables, quiet dining, smoke-free.

There are plenty of restaurants on the beach road. I guess one of my fav would be Ajanta restuarant. They got tiny seats out on the balcony facing the road and the beach. It is really lovely for a mid day meal. Since not many people out there and its abosultely peaceful... and looks out into the beach. They basically serve Chinese and Indian cusinie.
Seagull is also a nice place but i dont like their food, its nothing special but its also a little loud.
This place wont be liked much.... but i will say its a nice place. It is the government run restaurant right next to the Gandhi statue on the beach....
You can find plenty of places..... but i will say go for Ajanta.
