My friend got caught for it.
He told me never to try it out.
he said its kinda fun and u get some money outta it, but if u get caught, ur busted.
i really think u shoulnd use limewire, unless are really rich and could pay for it if u get caught

The basic rule to remember is download and unshare the files. The way you get caught is sharing them. Because in all fairness:

Downloading copyrighted material is legal (or atleast you can't get in trouble )

Uploading or sharing is illegal in any case.
