i want to upgrade to office 2003 or 2007 because i dont like the way it xp looks soo yea soo can anyone help please..!?

Yes.
You can steal the software.
Otherwise, you can pay for what you use.
Besides, upgrading Office will not change the way Windows XP looks.
One is an operating system (XP) and one is a sofware suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc)

There is another alternative to MS Office. You can go to
www.openoffice.org and download their FREE programs that are compatible with MS Word, Excel & Power Point.
The open office programs allow you to open/create/edit/save documents in either the open office or Microsoft formats.

no, you will have to buy the 2003 because it is not an upgrade, it is a new version.
