I am in Burbank California. I will pray right now that your plane lands safely. I always do when I see those passenger jets -- they're huge and so close to the ground here!
Burbank airport has a good safety record. I think the only famous accident was when a plane went off the end of the runway, crossed the street, and smashed into the gas station across the street. No one was killed.

The odds are overwhelmingly in your favor that your plane will not crash!! However, I would not be feeling so confident if I were planning to fly somewhere tomorrow, being a panicky air traveler. Still, you may feel free to haunt Qs & As for all eternity or however long they last if the worst should transpire. I shall hope for your safe flight, being an agnostic and not given to futile prayer, yet feel confident that we shall hear from you in the cyber flesh in the near future!
