Only if you want to really. I hate not doing it, but if they are sneezing real bad, I usually tell them bless you for the rest of the day. And most of the time they appreciate it because they don't want you reminding them each time they don't feel well.

You are "blessed" when you sneeze, because your heart skips a beat every time you do. So, yes, I would still bless every time I hear someone sneeze, even a stranger.

I do. But if it's like the 7'th sneeze, it usually ends up with "God bless you, God bless you, God bless you, God bless you, God bless you, God bless you, Geeze God bless you! Okay.... you're being greedy." And then I stop :-)
