I have heard that Vitamin E oil works. Cut a Vitamin E oil Pill open (stick it with a needle) squeeze enough oil out to rub on spots, save the rest of the pill in the fridge until it is used up

Castor oil applied to the spots every night. Will take a few months for you to see the results. Tried and true.
