against people getting information from both sides? Isn't it better to be educated about all things that come with abortion instead of simply spouting off emotionally charged rhetoric and abusing those who are trying to figure out how to make a very important decision?

Thank you. I wish people would at least attempt to see another persons view. I try to remain open, because at the end of the day how do any of us truly know if we are right or wrong. Gathering all of the information possible on such an important decision in ones life is the most responsible way to approach it, in my opinion. I also am amused by many of the people who site religious reasons for their beliefs and then bash the person asking the question. Seems kind of hypocritical. I appreciate this question and I am giving you a star in case you care.

I am pro choice and am willing to talk to anyone that is in the position where they need to make that choice i will give them all the info that they need I have many web sites that explain aborting laws in the USA and adoption and how to get help if you plan on keeping the baby

for a young women it is a hard decision to make and she should feel that people she asks for help are on her side and will help her do whats right for her and not just what they think everyone should do

I will not judge anyone on here but if you cant be of any help maybe you should just keep your mouth shut (this is aimed at anyone not being helpful not the question asker ) and avoid the question

i'm for it as lengthy because it somewhat is achieved humanely and intelligently. There are basically some circumstances the place abortion is terrific suited for the guy. If i've got been raped (it is the way you're meant to spell it my expensive) or a sufferer of incest there is not any way i could desire to conflict by using with having the youngster. I"d somewhat die. and for some having a toddler could desire to harm their destiny and their destiny youngster's destiny. I even have vowed to by no potential have a toddler until I even have began an excellent sized college fund for the youngster simply by fact i've got self assurance that doing in any different case might make me an not worth mom. and in some circumstances being pregnant and the act of giving delivery could desire to certainly kill the mummy of the two mom and toddler. Orphanages are finished sufficient of undesirable toddlers as is. and regardless of the reality that there are lots of people who prefer toddlers yet cant have them, a lot of those couples seem for a toddler foreign places. i'm in spite of if against intense abortions, question marks, ignorant human beings, and spelling errors. Oh and bringing God into the equation. This has not something to do with him and that i'm tremendously specific he might dislike being dragged into the brawl. *and for the affection of all it is Holy it somewhat is spelled RAPED! not RAPPED!!!!!!!! I pray to god that i by no potential prefer to ensure it back.

I agree with you.

I personally dont think I could do it but I can see where it is a better decision for some people than the alternative. I have had people close to me have an abortion and I have no judgement towards them. I was raised Catholic and was raised that abortion was wrong BUT I was also raised that I am wrong for judging others.

One of the reasons that I left the Catholic Church is because of their ridiculous man-made dogma which is totally contradictory. You can't use birth-control, but oh yeah, you can't have an abortion either. What? Make up your mind! I agree that the fanatics are completely irrational and have no right to expect the world to live by their beliefs. If they started teaching their kids about birth control and living in the real world instead of expecting them to be "good boys and girls" and not normal hormonally charge teens then abortion probably wouldn't even need to be an issue for them.

I don't like abortion either, but I feel the real work needs to be done in prevention of pregnancy in the first place, not after it's too late and a woman is in the midst of the situation.

part of the problem could be that yahoo answers doesn't have an "abortion" forum. while some people are right-winged crazies who don't know the whole story...I think it's hard to give someone the whole story online. I personally am against abortion when it's used as birth control...and it's frustrating in a pregnancy forum when 13 year olds are flippantly talking about getting one like it's a new pair of shoes.

In my experience, it's the pro-aborts who have people arrested for trying to inform young women of what's being destroyed. What world do YOU live in?

I personally am against it, but I see both sides. If someone is raped or if its medically needed I can understand, but if it was me I still wouldnt do it. I just dont like it. But I can understand why some people do it. Still dont mean its right, and who are we to decide what is right for someone else?
