Your fajita's will taste MUCH better if you do grill it. But if you must broil it there is no specific temperature it is a setting on your stove. Try pan searing it first then put it on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil to avoid drying.

I would marinate the meat first in a marinade made with garlic, lime juice, cumin, olive oil, salt, and cilantro. It makes your beef much more flavorful and juicy. Broil until one side is brown, and turn it over to cook the other side. Don't overcook, and cut your meat against the grain in thin slices.
