It's unlikely. Mary got pregnant after a hot encounter with a young lad full of hormones called Gabriel.
Joseph was a good decent guy, in love with Mary and decided to raise the kid as his own.

Well, you can not have it both ways.
You cite the "old laws of the Bible' as a standard to go by, then attack the narrative about Mary conceiving by the Holy Spirit.
Either you believe "all" the Bible, or none of it.

Matt: 1:18. Now the generation of Christ was in this wise. When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child, of the Holy Ghost.
1:19. Whereupon Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing publicly to expose her, was minded to put her away privately.
1:20. But while he thought on these things, behold the Angel of the Lord appeared to him in his sleep, saying: Joseph, son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife, for that which is conceived in her, is of the Holy Ghost.
1:21. And she shall bring forth a son: and thou shalt call his name Jesus. For he shall save his people from their sins.
1:22. Now all this was done that it might be fulfilled which the Lord spoke by the prophet, saying:
1:23. Behold a virgin shall be with child, and bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

Joseph and Mary would have been STONE to death if he raped Mary.
Well Eve came from Adam's ribs... why not? It is possible
that Mary can have a baby in an Asexual way.

Joseph didn't want to marry her, in fact was considering divorce because he found out she was pregnant and he knew he hadn't touched her.

Not likely.
But if you believe them to be fictitious, why are you spending so much time thinking about it?
