What is the difference between today's woman and the woman 50 year's back whom do you find better?

Theres plenty of differences, the main one is respect. Those women back then respected themselves a lot more than today. The more outrageous they are, the trashier they act the better they like it. Gals today have no respect for themselves, in how they look, act, talk ......how men address them, back then, a woman would never stand for a man to call them all kinda bit*hes hoes, all that "gittin down wit it" crap, but today they love it. The worse they are treated by these "thugs" the better. Ive never seen anything like it. Also, they are more violent (fighting with each other a lot more) and in the open. Is that enough for ya. These things you see on TV today, (ie. Springer, Maury all that stuff), 50 years ago, it was unheard of. Women just had more respect for themselves.

The main difference between today's and 50 year's back women is education. Today the womens are far better in education and they are doing what mens are doing. Today they are standing in the one way of man. Today they are indipendant to do every thing what they want.

I just turned fifty (4) days ago, and I thank God I do not look my age, and that is because of the young women of today stating that they will not allow themselves to grow old gracefully so I do have to keep up with the competition.
Let me tell you the positive side of the women of today. they are more educated, so therefore they can hold big positions for big company’s, hard working not afraid to speak there minds, a lot more talented, very out going, and there are more beautiful young women today then when I was growing up (it must be the water they drink).
The negative side is young women have become too easy for men. It is a fact that haft the women in this country are not married ask yourself why? They have aloud men to move in, and give them children then wait to see if they feel like getting married. I do not care what century we are living in women must respect themselves, and not let men take advantage (women of today you are making it to easy for men, make them earn your affection, and love)

women are more independent and work outside of the home now. it depends on what you are looking for. if you want a woman who is happy staying home the the 50's woman is for you. if you want someone who is independent and has a career then todays woman is a better choice. there is nothing wrong with either type of women.

Fifty years ago, the woman's place and role in society was pretty much relegated to that of her husband's career and desires. I think that being "less than" is never a better way to be so definitely today's woman is in a much better place, despite the stress.

I was born 1952 and growing up in a home where my mother worked and my dad layed around on his a s s during the day and went out at night to the bars. So what you see on TV is wrong so wrong. We had a hot dinner every night not nuke dinners like today.And someone said they couldn't stand wearing dresses everyday that is another thing you saw on TV that is wrong I myself and my mother wear pants sorry to disappoint you.
