A lot of dogs just like to luck other dogs. It's common for multiple-dog families to actually have dogs that will clean each others ears by licking, or clean wounds. It's also common for dogs to lick eachother in the mouths and teeth. Adult dogs often lick puppies just to show them love. It's a pack-mentality; everyone helps clean everyone else.

Your Yorkie probably thinks that the puppy is her puppy. Most times they will lick the puppy to clean it off, or for affection. Not to worry about this. It is a positive sign. The doberman is very young.
