on you calf right in the middle, upper arm or thigh. i have tattoo's in all the places. just got a new one down the back of my calf. i got my childs name. make sure it something that has meaning to you and you will hold on to for ever. one of my other ones is my friends name john who passed away. hope this helped. don't let anyone judge you. feel good about who you are. tattoo's are great and they are art.

It all depends on what your are getting and the size. i have four and just recently wanted to get one on the inside of my wrist. the tattoo artist i go to was reluctant to do it because he said no professional business person would take me serous. the ones i do have are easily shown and just as easy to cover up. so ... back, shoulders, hip, feet, or upper thighs and all these places are a " i have a tattoo, wanna see?" spot good luck!!!

On your back if you do not want it to be shown anywhere. Having it on your back means you won't really have to worry about it later in life or at a job because your back is usually covered.

Get one that can be easily covered for formal occasions like job interviews.

on your butt... that way no one has to look at it... just my opinion.. i think tattoo's are ugly, specially on a pretty lady...sorry but that's the way i feel about it...

in case you later change your mind and don't want it
at least you don't have to "show" it everyday
