Most people's faces turn red when they exercise because your blood is pumping faster because your exercising. Therefore, you are starting to sweat and you turn red. You really can't prevent it if that's what happens when you exercise.

Only if you stop exercising. When you do strenuous exercise, the heart increases its rate of beating to compensate for the loss of oxygen in the blood. Your blood pressure goes up and your face gets red because of it. It is more apparant on you because of your fair complection. Get a tan to make it less noticable. People sweat and stink when they exercise too, which can be gross, but I didn't see a complaint there.

That would be a funny sight!!
Honestly why do you care?? You are just trying really hard, and when you make an effort to lift something blood rushes to the muscle and to your face if you are holding your breath while working out!! You should trying exhaling when you push or pull or whatever with the weight, and inhale when you are going back to repeat the process....
Don't hold you breath!!!
I hope i help you out!!
P.S. When people do shoulder workouts like over head presses, their top lip can't be stopped from total movement no matter what they do, it twitches like crazy....just watch some people, it is halarious!!!

Get a really dark tan like almost black ..You cant tell the difference between black and dark red . It will destroy your skin though ! By the way ...the face turning red during work outs is actually good for the skin!

It happens to everyone. Even with cover-up and makeup it does. Just wait 5-10mins and the redness will be gone

It means your body temperature has gone up and your body's trying to give off the extra heat. There's nothing wrong with it, but if you want to stop it, don't work out as hard.
