An infants brain is still developing. Marijuana has adverse affects an adult brain, just imagine what it does to the developing brain. Also any kind of smoke damages an infants immune system.
Not only this but drug use impairs judgement. One cannot properly care for an infant if using any drug.
Tell your friend if she don't cut it out you'll report her to CPS (you don't have to actually do it, sometimes the threat is enough)

Well i smoke pot and have 2 children. However you should never smoke pot while pregnant or breastfeeding. THC crosses the placenta and enters breast milk. Your friend should NEVER smoke pot around the baby or any other children. Second hand smoke is very bad for you and the baby has no way of defending itself. Tell her to put the baby on the bottle and take her tokes outside.
