Ebay.. Craigs list.or if you want to do the treasure hunt...Flea Markets. Many people have complete collections they are willing to part with. There are also stores specializing in 50's items. Such items have different personalities and the fun of places like flea markets offer a large selection. Pick those that speak to you.take your time choosing each one. Walmart, Ross and resturant supply houses, usually those featuring Italian motif are good sources. Choose from aprons, salt and pepper shakers and old advertising are a good start. Old magazines such as Better Homes and Gardens have ads that you can cut out and frame or check them out from the library and color copy, then frame. Good luck and have fun!

Those are the French Chefs and they are in many stores right now. I saw many items in JC Pennys. Another thing would be any kitchen store since that is a decoration that is in right now.
Also I saw lots of matching chefs towels, linens, and aprons at the discounts stores like Marshalls, Ross, Tj Maxx.
My niece is decorating in those too and is also using lots of items with grapes to go along with it and to break it up a bit. Since France is noted for their grapes and wines it goes well.
Good Luck

I found them at Scolaries markets I don't know what other markets. The Italian chef with the long mustache and chubby with a white coat and scarf and puffy top hat!! He is so cute! I got one for my Bro and his wife, that holds a wine bottle. Maybe World Market or Ross for Less, but I think I have seen them mostly in Supermarkets.

I also got some grapes and wine bottles I painted my kitchen a pale brown and have green & yellow cabinets and a bistro table for coffee. It looks great. At Michaels you can get fake bread loafs & Cheese & fruit real cute!
