I think somebody is tracing my calls from payphones. can anybody get the records?

Yes...I had a woman call me who was crazy. I got the records and proved she was calling me at ungodly hours. She doesn't call me anymore. I had a restraining order placed against her and then moved to a different area and changed my phone number. I am very protective of my privacy!

Yes, they can get the records of where the call is being placed.

They would need a reason. Like they thought your a drug dealer. Then only the Police,FBI,CIA...not some one like me. Not your g/f or wife seeing if your cheating on her.
