Bubble Mailer Postage Amount?

When you mail a small piece of paper in an envelope it's 39 cents postage......but when you put the piece of paper in a bubble mailer how much is the postage? Some people told me that now it's at least 50 cents.

If it is a large envelope then you are charged for it being oversized. You will also be charged because it weighs more. To be 100% certain I suggest that you take it to the post office and have it weighed.
