Here's what I need...a cake master that can make a cake in different shapes/styles. Maybe even a wedding cake designer will work and I am willing to pay a premium price for it. Any suggestions?

Colette Peters is tops - I've watched her in competitions on the Food Network - I've tasted her cakes - they are out of this world

I'm pretty sure that Charm City Cakes (from the TV show Ace of Cakes) delivers into New York. You could check their website to find out, or to get great ideas.

You can try Make My Cake. www.makemycake.com They're located on 139th & Adam Clayton Powell.

There's also Buttercup Bake Shop at a couple different locations I think.. www.buttercupbakeshop.com

Also, everyone's favorite, Magnolia Bakery on Bleecker. Not sure if they do custom cakes but you can try.. (212) 462-2572
