You sound pretty down.
"Self esteem is not a goal, it is a result." --Yefim Shubentsov
I'm not saying this in a nasty way, but really, you've got to get a grip. Get A LIFE!
Go out there, and find some goal, some hobby, some mission, some dream, that YOU want to fulfill, in your lifetime!
Life is SHORT! Be respectful of all people, not just women; not because you want something back from them! Otherwise, you'll just feel degraded because you'll feel like you're propitiating the women, and then when they turn you down, you're gonna get angry.
Strive to develop actual friendships with both men and women. Then, you can have some judgment as to what women are really worth your time and effort, for a long term relationship.
There are women out there, who look beneath the "looks", to appreciate a guy who treats them with respect, and with kindness. Please don't throw in the towel, and get embittered.
You're much too young, to be so pessimistic!

women don't respect nice guys
they are viewed as pu$$ies
that doesn't mean you should take on the bad guy role
the thing is most nice guys let women walk all over them--chivalry
however, there are a few women that DO appreciate a good man when they see one. and yes you are looking in the wrong places. you are also killing your self esteem. if you think you look good, others will be more convinced too.

You're just looking in the wrong places buddy. You said you hang out in bars try to ask girls from school out. Girls in bars are party girls and are only looking to score with rich and egomaniacal a**holes. Girls in school are too immature to know what they want. Just wait a little bit more and don't lose self-esteem. If you had that many one-nighters, you pretty much a stud. Just wait up and try looking for college girls who have more direction in life. they know what they want.

Maybe it's something in the way you present yourself. How do you dress and speak?
Do you use a lot of slang, do you look after your appearance, what sort of things do you like to discuss? How do you initiate conversation?
Make sure you are clean and tidy, try to minimise the amount of slang you use, smile and be friendly. Try to dress up just a bit, without going overboard.
