Pork & beans : protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, trace elements and all kinds of good stuff.
If I was stuck out in the wilderness and had to survive on one of your choices, the pork and beans would keep me alive a lot longer than the other two.
The ham sandwich would be my second choice - a lot more nutrition than dry old puffed up oats with all those delicious additives and preservatives.

Ham and pork loin are equally lean meats, so either would be fine, although the pork loin would have less sodium, most likely. Bologna is full of fat and sodium.
