Which is better if your trying to achieve a poofy look? I posted a picture in another question. And with less frizz? I air dry my hair and it's a bit frizzy and it takes alot to get it poofy.

Use a blowdryer honey!! Save your hair!! Start out with some defining gel and attach a defuser onto your blow dryer. Most blow dryers now come with it. Instead of brushing your hair as you blow dry it, run your fingers through as though you are blow drying it. (i you don't know how to use a diffuser, you can find out how by probably doing a search on wikihow) once finished and your hair is totally dried and tangle free, flip your head over and slightly tease your hair at varying sections. When you are finished, the top will still be nice, but will have the added volume.

Blow drying is alot tougher on your hair because it is putting direct heat on wet hair, though it does make hair silkier and less frizzy. Air drying is better if you do not want to damage your hair. I do both-mostly air dry.

for the look in the picture, i'd definitely go with blow drying. if you air dry it, it'll look just like it always does...but blow drying will give you complete control.

Blow dry, your hair turns out much silkyer and softer if you have washed it right and it keeps it like that for days

if you want it poofy, you should go with blow dry. however, blow drying your hair is bad for it, and you should not do it every time.
