What if somone wants to buy a car as a gift to someone threw the dealership without a license, is that still a possilibity

David, The purchaser of the vehicle CAN buy a car through a dealership without a licence, however... they can only contribute the money.

The receiver of the gift will need to be listed as owner, be present at the time of the sale, have a valid driver's licence AND have insurance.

This means it can not be a "surprise" gift but I think it would be appreciated nontheless.
