can a state irs seize property in another state for unpaid taxes?

kansas says i owe over $3000.00 in back taxes. i am disabled and live out of state. i have no property in kansas. can they seize property in another state?

Every state is different they would have to get a court order to seize your property, but on the federal level they can seize you were ever you live.

Doubtful. Not the state, federal would.
