If you go into the ICE website you will see thay are arresting illegals from every race, it has nothing to do with the color of their skin. Like you said illegal is illegal.
In January ICE Agents arrested A bunch of Polish illegals who were working for a cleaning service in Chicago.
They are going after ALL the illegals, unfortunately it just takes time.
It's up to us as U.S. Cittizens to provide ICE with leads, this can help them speed up the process.

What I think about them is, illegal is illegal - deport them along with all other illegal immigrants!
However, I will also say that 50,000 Irish illegals in comparison to 12million or more Mexican illegal immigrants - I think there is a HUGE difference in the gravity of the two problems here.
As well, I would also say that the 50,000 Irish illegals also obviously assimilate well into our culture and try to keep a low profile and do not try to draw attention to themselves. They are obviously not demanding, rude and abrasive to the citizens of the USA. They seem to appreciate more the fact that they are here illegally and so know to not try to take advantage of the hand that feeds them. I don't recall seeing Irish flags being waved last May 5th. When is the last time you heard about illegal Irish gang activity in the USA? The Irish Mafia, maybe? How about Irish "anchor babies?" Irish stealing SSNs from US citizens? Probably because the Irish illegals do not go out of their way to steal social services and medical care. I also imagine that most of the Irish illegals are more highly educated and probably had some money, in the first place, considering that they had to take a ship or plane to come and did not just swim across a river and hop scotch through a desert. Most Irish illegals are likely among the Visa overstayers and not nearly the huge financial and social drain that illegal Mexican and South Americans are.
However, as I said before, deport them all! I don't care where they came from, they all need to be deported. Come legally or don't come at all!

Illegal immigration is just that - illegal no matter what the color , creed or national origin of the offender.
When race is brought into the debate - you have the media circus that the Mexican border has become. It is ridiculous that illegals can rally in the streets and the police can't do anything about it because it could be seen as profiling.
So the solution would be to punish all illegal immigrants. It was a choice to break the law so live with the results of your actions. Follow the law or leave.
Common sense and logic have flown the coop due to politicians worry about votes - plain and simple.

Do they plan to assimilate? How did they get here? I know it wasn't through the southern borders. Illegal is illegal. The Mexicans are invading the United States. They are using our own laws against us. I promise you .........In ten years you will speak Spanish or be left out. There are not enough red blooded Americans in this country to stand up and stop the invasion or they would be doing something about it now. These people are riding on the backs of every single person that is working and paying taxes. They have no intentions of giving anything back to our country. They are takers, and as long as we the people allow the invasion to continue then it will. They will again march in our streets and stop the flow of traffic, break our laws this May just like they did last May.
But don't say anything against them you will be tagged a racist.

They are cracking down on the Irish and Polish ILLEGALS as well. Where have you been. The Border Patrol has arrested ILLEGALS from more than 100 different nationalities in the last year alone. This is a legal issue not a race issue.

it is illegal either way. You hear more about the Mexicans because they are here illegally by the millions and what you are talking about with the Polish and Irish immigrants is what Mexicans enter into the US in ONE week. Actually the mexicans enter more than number each week, but you get the point.

Well, if you're going to have illegal immigrants, it's nice to have ones that actually speak English.
At least the Irish and Polish were groups that substantially contributed to the building of America. Their ethnic heritage is a cornerstone of this country.
I'll bet if you did a study, you would find that both the Irish and the Polish are practically never on welfare. I had a Polish aunt. Even though her job paid very little, she saved every dime she could, purchased a house and rental property, and lived a very stable, and modestly comfortable life, never being a burden on anyone. In contrast, the Mexicans who overtook her tidy little Polish neighborhood in Chicago were often on welfare, involved in a high percentage of crime, and led to the deterioration of the neighborhood.
It has nothing to do with skin color, but rather how people choose to live.

yes illegal is illegal no matter what skin color they are. but compare 50,000 to 12 to 20 million illegals. 50 thousand is a drop in the bucket compared to over flowing. i don't care what color they are they all need to be deported.
now we can thank the illegal Mexicans for getting the illegal Irish and pols started up. like we need more illegals demanding their rights on are damn system. this pisses me off and I'm a white American.

Illegal is, indeed, illegal no matter where in the wortld one is from and those people who have no respect for America's laws should leave.
Having said that, the Irish do a great job at assimilating. Many people from south of the border do not. It is human nature to like the person who assimilates and to tolerate the illegality. It is also human nature to resent the illegal who does not make the effort to fit in.

Illegal is illegal. Deport them.
Logistically speaking though - the number of Irish are not as much of a problem as the countries south of the border are when it comes to illegals.
Put it this way - if you had a leak under your sink that dripped a few drips and a ceiling that had a hole in it that allowed a free flow of water that doused the whole house - which would you fix first?
My hope is that they address the whole problem.
