You can always color or lighten hair a week after getting a perm. The damage comes in when you decide to re-perm your colored hair, I am a hairstylist and when clients insist on getting both perm and color, i always recommend they perm first , then color, its not nearly as damaging to the hair as the other way around..Of course it is really best to choose one..perm or color.

Since it has been 3 months since the perm, yes you can dye your hair. You will want a trim after to get rid of the "frizzes.

Since it's been 3 months you should be ok to dye it. The dye process may loosen your curls a little.

i suggest you dye it and if it falls out go to your hair stylist and get it redone

you can if you want it to fall out! That will ruin your hair badly it will be really dry, don't do it!!!
