Are they tough? Can they take a beating of bass? Will they last?

And is 180 wats pretty good, like are they going to be louder than my stock infiniti speakers?

I know thats a bunch of random questions. I'm just curios.

Thanks

Infiniti is a decent brand..

180W is pretty good for door speakers.... i cant see these blowing

BUT.. If your talking 180W for subwoofer... well that sucks

Aftermarket speakers are always better then stock (louder and more crisp)

Overdrive any amp(clipping) and it will blow any speaker. Speakers need clean power, not distorted power. Below is a excerpt from Wikipedia:

In power amplifiers, the signal from an amplifier operating in clipping has two characteristics that could damage a connected loudspeaker:

Because the clipped waveform has more area underneath it than the smaller unclipped waveform, the amplifier produces more power when it is clipping. This extra power can damage any part of the loudspeaker, including the woofer or the tweeter, by causing overexcursion, or by overheating the voice coil.

Not hard at all. Just hook them to my 1,000 watt amp. lol How big an amp do you have driving them? Unless you hook them up to something rated 300 amps per channel and crank it to max volume you shouldn't have any problem.

You won't blow them with a stock amplifier.
