Do you really wanna pay someone to squeeze your blackheads for you? Because thats what you would be paying for, and they will be back in a week - and that type of facial runs about 100 here in Detroit. Use plain white table sugar as a scrub every day - it will help a lot. P.S. Retin- A from a dermatologist will literally cause your skin to spit out all the blackheads and pimples in the skin - it will break out worse for a few weeks, and peel for a couple of weeks, but after a couple months you have a totally new layer of skin that is like a babies butt! A dermatologist is the only thing I have found to be worth the money when it comes to skincare.

raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar, cost is $5 a bottle, find it at the health food store, or in some super markets..
to open the pores and loosen dirt and grease from your face turn off the heat from a pan of distilled water, add 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar to a quart of the hot water. drape a towel over the pan and your head to steam clean your pores. take a cotton ball, dip in vinegar and pat over skin to remove loosened dirt. repeat 2 more times.gently squeeze the blackheads. then spray or dab on chilled vinegar and equal part of distilled water to close your pores and tone your skin. do twice weekly, also can use the chilled vinegar water as a toner 2 times daily.
it is amazing ....

I think you should ask the aesthetician at the salon where you're having the facial. After looking at your skin they'll be able to suggest the right facial for you.

get a microdermabrasion..but before that get extractions..with that little tool done. The microdermabrasion will take off the top layer of dead skin exposing the hidden blackheads as well.
