Click on the link at the bottom that says remove me from the list. If it does not work, get a new email addy.

do not OPT out!!
this only confirms the email
and makes your situtation much worse!!
do you web email or use a normal email client like Thunderbird, which supports filtering to send such mail into the trash?
web email is genrally weak on spam filtering

you can either unsubscribe it from the email list or simply just put a spam on it
