I feel a little tired and that's about it. Anything that I should be worried about. I thought it was for my allergies, turned out it was for a cold.

I too take Synthroid and have taken Benadryl of all types many times with no problems what so ever...The thyroid harmone is produced naturally in the body so I have never known it to hinder any medicine that I take...I have taken replacement therapy for over 20 years so I feel like I would have known if any medicine would bother it.....Don't worry....
I am also a nurse....

I take that also and you should be fine, especially since it was 4 hours ago. How long have you been on it?
