I met this guy at school two months ago and we are going on a date next Sat. night, and this will be my first date. So how far is it ok to go? As in holding hands or stuff like that.

There is a general idea that it's not acceptable to go all the way on a first date. Especially for women. She is considered 'easy'.

But holding hands, hugging, and 1 or 2 kisses is acceptable, and won't leave the guy thinking you are too 'easy'.

As a guys point of view if you give it up meanig the stuff we will use you until you say thats enough. if you care for him just hold is hand and get to know him before ou jump you can hold is hand, hug but no Kiss or French Kissing becuase Guys have a tendence to want more or grab somthing else whil the kissing like your butt Hint Hint.

I think you should go as far as you feel comfortable with. Dont do anything that you feel embarrassed about. If he holds your hand then hold his back if you want. Try not to take things too far because it is only your first date. Just stick with the basics get to know eachothers boundries and carry on from there!

A handshake or even a hug, is acceptable at the end. Leave something for him to think about. Dont be so quick to give it up. Holding hands walking out is ok too. It all depends on how yall feel together. Good luck.

Depends on who you are. Alot of people don't kiss on the first date. But I think it's okay to go that far. So just the basics. Don't make yourself look too easy.

ummm not to far. just maybe a peck at the end of the date, that type of limit, and maybe a hug. you kno ur comfort zone. but i mean you shouldnt go past a peck, and i guess holding hands isnt that fast. But never go fast on the first date.

Make him work. Kiss on the check and a big sincere heartfelt thank you (if it is deserved) is acceptable for a first date and will let him know you like him (if you do). If not, thank you and good bye is sufficient.

Hugging. Maybe a kiss at the end of the date. You don't want to to anything you're going to regret.

it depends on your ages. how well u know one another. is there any chemistry between the two of you? and how well the date is going. i think it would be acceptable to hug or get a first kiss.
